For today we have Black Eyed Peas with chili oil sauce. Cook your black eyed peas until tender. On a different pan caramelize onions and then add some garlic, virgin olive oil, chili flakes and some fresh chopped chilies (I like super hot ones!). Serve the peas with as much sauce as you like and don’t be afraid to add some fresh parsley or more chilies!

Cook Taro Root in tomato sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, onion, garlic or any other spices of your choice.
Risotto with homemade wine. Throw some garlic and onions in your pan with olive oil and fry them for a bit. Add some mushrooms, rice, green pepper and white wine. Heat them for a bit all together and add water. Half way through add some raisins, salt, pepper, cardamon and spices of your choice. Enjoy 🙂
